I have the need to wear protective panties 24/7. I ran out of my Northshore products, and had to use a traditional "store" bought brand until my new order was received. I cannot believe the difference in protection - fit - and comfort!! There is NO comparison!!! If you want/NEED protection from bladder leakage ... you will find NO product BETTER then Northshore "Select Pull-Ons, Item #5104.

I was having trouble finding an incontinence product that was heavier duty than those available OTC. I was totally delighted - the customer service rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
