I have tried to contact Customer Service 3 times, because the shoes I ordered were sent in the wrong size. I am getting nowhere. Really LIKE the shoes and just want to exchange for correct size, but there is no one responsive at this business.

The shoes smell so bad. I've got them airing out outside. I have not tried them on yet.

I purchased these for myself and fell in love. When my daughter saw them, she wanted a pair. I purchased her a pair for Easter. Now, we both are HUGE Northend Fans! Don’t wait. Just try a pair!

I’m actually surprised to see negative feedback regarding their slippers. My experience has been outstanding and other friends whom I shared my experience with are just as passionate. I loved the look the moment I saw them. They were reminiscent of loafers. Following was great fit and comfort. I’ve even worn them to the bank without knowing. They were not even easy to Re-order! I wasn’t the only one trying to get them. I have 5 pair in various colours because good slippers like these usually run out. And I’ll order more if my house burns down😂

Horrible customer service! Can't contact except via email and then no straight answer! CHEAP MADE and what they don't tell u after advertising as family business is they come from China take forever to arrive and are crap quality! Wrong color and I tried to advise my shipping address was wrong from two seconds after the order completed could not geitheret a response!!! Had to run around and find them at my old address! No one will return a call !

The shoes are nice but they arrived more than a week later than expected so I didn't have them for the wedding I bought them for. Very disappointed and tried to return them but couldn't.

I ordered these shoes weeks ago. They came from China and took a long time to arrive. They are terribly made. Italian/ New York are scamming words to entice you. I requested a return/ refund to which they responded 'show proof of purchase and the current condition of shoes'. After that they were supposed to tell me where to ship them back. 23 days later and after several emails they have put me on hold saying they are reaching out to their manager to respond. This company is a TOTAL scam!! Today their response was 'what size would you like in exchange? Then we will tell you where to ship them to.' it's unbelievable. Do not shop here Ever!!!

I placed and ordered for a pair of shoes for a quinceañera that didnt arrive on time and I never received them. I would email and only got a response when I said I was leaving a bad review! Then they said they would get back to me and nothing!! Do not purchase from this company!!!
