This is the worst company in the world to deal with… Received my shoes neither pair fit and one was received dirty. I emailed the same day, and I’ve been getting the runaround since. I would never do business with them again. Since they won’t return them, they went in the trash.

The shoes are way too big and super cheap quality construction. When I tried to arrange to return them, they said they sent the request to their manager, and I have never heard back. Total waste of money. This kind of scamming should be against the law. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

On May 6, 2025, I ordered Dane - Orthopedic Comfort Shoes, Black, size 5.5 for $59.97. The shoes did not arrive until today, May 28, 2025. An attempt was made to deliver a week earlier but no one was home. They said they called me but did not leave a message. And no estimated delivery date was ever provided. The shoes we shipped in a plastic bag inside and a shipping envelope on the outside. Horrible! The shoes were smashed and mis-shaped. I ordered size 5.5 and the actual shoe size is “35”. What size is this? It’s not a 5.5 because they were too large for my foot size. In addition to all of the above, the shoes are cheaply made. The material was like cardboard and in no wise an orthopedic comfort shoe.

Terrible. I ordered a size 8 shoe and was sent a size 9. They told me I have to pay to send back the 9 and then they will send the 8. Customer service does not respond to me. I just get “ we are looking into it” this has been 7 weeks of back and forth via email and I am still out the $ I just want the correct shoe to be sent

I haven't received the shoes I ordered almost four weeks ago. I really don't know if I'll receive them— customer service is definitely lacking. Also they are shipped from who knows where overseas. Do not recommend.

These shoes were not the quality or fit that I expected. I could not wear them and have been trying to get information on how to return and get a refund. I have sent 3 inquiries but have not received any response. This just makes me feel that they are ignoring and have no intention of contacting me.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The product feels like plastic shoes I would get for 2 dollars on the street. They are awful. I have been trying to return them for 3 months now. Customer service takes weeks to respond, IF, they respond at all. Terrible!

Dont waste your money! If I could give zero stars I would. Its a poor quality product and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are making it impossible to do a return just to keep my money eventhough the shoes dont fit me well. Its like a scam. Honestly, be careful. I would never buy from Northend ever again
