Hello, and thank you for giving us a try! We hope it works well for you, and we'd love to hear how it goes.
I did not like the extra advertising e.g advising me to add and buy more goods. I was promised one months for trial, but, I did not get this offer.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the extra offers felt like too much, and we'll pass that along to our team. We're also sorry about the trial offer not working out as you expected. Please reach out through our Contact Us page (https://nordicalab.com/contact) with your order details, and our support team will gladly look into it for you.
Fraude!

We're sorry to hear this. What typically happens is that the initial test fee starts a short trial, which automatically converts into a recurring subscription unless it's cancelled beforehand. We're sorry it wasn't clear for you. Your results can be accessed by logging in to your account on our website. If you can't get in, or you'd like your subscription reviewed and cancelled, please reach out through our Contact Us page (https://nordicalab.com/contact) with your account details and our support team will look into it directly.
It was ok but payment took ages. I only want to try it out. I dont really want to be bombarded with other products that I didn't express an interest in. The real experience is whether I lose weight or not with this product.

Thank you for the honest feedback. We're sorry the payment took so long and that the extra offers felt like too much, and we'll pass both points along to our team. We hope the product works well for you.
