Fraudsters! I did not subscribe but I emailed just in case that if they have to cancel my subscription, they still charged me.

Scammy fraudulent company. They suck you in for $1.95 and sign you up for a free trial for a monthly subscription. Even if you’re dumb enough to take the $1.95 test who would want a monthly subscription to something like this??? PayPal cancelled the autopay but I don’t trust PayPal anymore. I have been over this a half dozen times in PayPal and I really feel if I could just get someone to talk to that I understood and understood me it might help. I keep getting people who talk about my subscription and the case info even said at one point that I wanted money refunded because I didn’t receive the product. PayPal is fast becoming useless and I have had that account for 14 years. PayPal has told me they would refund my money themselves by the 29th of July if the seller did not. The second I get a refund (if it happens) I am pulling my card and getting a new one. I will probably just use ApplePay for my auto pay card from now on. STAY AWAY FROM NORDICALAB!!!! Maybe even forget PayPal these days.

A Scam to get illegal monthly payments from you without your knowledge. A test genuinely taken for information and charged £1.95. Then unbeknownst £39.99 taken without permission, EVERY 4 WEEKS It's appaling and blatant fraud

Update: Increasing my review from 1 star to 3 because their customer service responded quickly and refunded me. Be wary and read everything. They reel you in with cheap online tests and then bill you for a subscription. I fell for it and have a pending charge with PayPal for $29 that they won’t even let me dispute until the payment goes through. No contact information provided and no way to “cancel” since I I didn’t sign up in the first place. I may have to ditch PayPal instead.

If you catch the first auto-payment in time, you can cancel the auto-payment on PayPal, write the company at hello at nordicalab.com and demand a refund. I got mine in 5m. They are still awful scamsters for all the reasons everyone is saying in these reviews, and they deserve their terrible rating. I hope they are shut down soon.

Below zero stars if I could: multiple fraudulent monthly subscription charges of £39.95 made: only ONE refunded. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND.

Ich habe wie viele andere, ein einmaligen Kauf 1.95 € getätigt, für einen Test. Eine Woche später, wollte Paypal mir 39.95€ abziehen. Ich habe aufgrund der Bewertungen hier einen Kündigungsmail geschrieben. Man antwortete innerhalb von 10 min, das dies in der Bestätigungsmail stehen würde, das sich dies in ein Abo verlängert, nach 7 Tage Testphase. Komisch ist, dass das Geld 1 min Später zurück gebucht worden ist. Es ist Samstag 22:45. alles sehr wirsch ! Passt auf.
