Out of the three: Farmer's Dog, Olile and NomNom, my dogs love 💕 NomNom! You seem to be the most costly. Since the dogs ❤️ NomNom, I'll keep buying it. Your packaging sucks: rubber bands?

Ordered 300g meals, received 50g meals! Filed a complaint online three different times with it stating I would be contacted by a representative, never happened! I had to call the company to finally receive the meals I paid for!! Still contemplating if I’m going to continue with the company or find another one!!

When I received my order in the condition it was in and called you helped me out great. Being this was the second time that fed x delivered the package late and everything was defrosted. I feel even though it was not your fault, I feel you should of offered some kind of adjustment.

Nom Nom has changed life for our dog and for us! Up until we started using Nom Nom, it was an every couple month occurrence of a flare in GI irritation for our bordoodle that landed us in night duty of letting him outside every 2 hours with liquid poops. He was so uncomfortable and we didn’t know what to do. A neighbor recommended Nom Nom as something that worked for their doodle, so we gave it a try. The volume of poops immediately decreased and the consistency of the poops dramatically improved as our sweet dog is now absorbing the food he needs to grow and be healthy. What a relief in more ways than one!! Thank you for this amazing food option for dogs!

As far as the food it was good and my dogs loved it which was why it was so disappointing to cancel . My delivery got damaged and showed up a week late and arrived literally rotten ( flies and maggots) when I called to tell them I needed it disposed of they basically said nothing they can do . Called customer service again and said they would follow up and 3 days later nothing. Terrible customer service and follow through

Customer service still hasn't responded. Package Was due Thursday the 17th it's now delayed till the 23rd.
