My English Springer Sadie is 2 and was a very picky eater. I went thru at least 4 different kinds of kibble, and tried cooking for her... she wasn’t interested. Finally looked into NOM-NOM and what a blessing! Now she eats twice a day. In the morning she runs to her bowel and stares at me waiting! Transitioning her was so easy! And if I had questions they were answered very quickly, with conscience instruction and by very friendly service. I would 100% recommend them to my friends any chance I get!

We LOVE NomNomNow. We know we're giving our baby nutritious food, which is portioned specifically for him and calorie-controlled. Delivery is easy and dependable. It is also easy to sign in to our account online to change or review our orders. Our experience with the staff has been incredible. They respond immediately.

I love the attention to detail from the recipes to the delivery! My boys, Rome n Chop, absolutely can not wait til breakfast and dinner! They remind ME it's time to eat.... that says something in itself! My pups are happier and healthier, thank you! 🐾💙🐾

The packages still have issues with sealing completely, causing leakage as they thaw. We are getting random meals that aren’t mixed well. One was half full of mushrooms. We threw the entire meal away. Even with these issues, we would still only feed NomNom.

The chicken portion of my order was defrosted completely and I’m afraid to give it to my dog. The beef and turkey were frozen. Not sure what happened, but it was disappointing.

Specifically regarding the chicken meals for cats, I have some frustrations, but overall still like the product. I knocked a star off for the following reasons: The consistency of the meat is too chunky for cats, like they are enormous chunks for dogs sometimes and then other batches will contain normally sized chunks or flakes. Some packs also contain an unreasonable amount of carrots that are also too big and indigestible for most cats. They get thrown up with the hair balls while everything else is digested, so they obviously aren't digestible not just unliked. The packaging is impossible to open sometimes, and the plastic is non-recyclable. More than 2 meal options for cats would be great. Turkey perhaps? The portions are inconsistent. Supposed to weigh at 90 grams, or the size specific to your pet, but are filled either too much or way too little depending on the batch. I have 3 cats so the inconsistent portion size is not appreciated between them haha Bottom line, the food seems to be good quality and I would recommend it to other pet parents, but it needs some work to really cash in on the convenience piece for people. I was told to "run it through a blender" or "just pick out the carrots" but that nullifies the ~convenient~ concept behind this product if I have to do this for each meal. Consumers want consistency, convenience, and quality. Other brands may be checking more boxes, but NomNom has potential specifically because of the quality. I hope they notice and make some changes, I'd hate to switch brands over these little frustrations.

My dog loves all the variety of food. My cats prefer the fish over the chicken. I cut up the pieces into tiny bits and add to a little dry food.
