Should have read reviews here before ordering, but ordered a leather horoween band which fell apart within a few weeks. the replacement sent out fell apart too, and then customer service decided they couldn't be bothered to reply to anything several follow up emails. unprofessional, poor quality, AVOID.

terrible customer service! waiting for a reply for almost a week now

I purchased the leather Modern Band (not the Horween leather). My first impression was that this looked really good. The style is perfect for dressing up for work and social events. I just received this so I cannot comment on the durability. It will be interesting to see how well it stands up to daily use. The band shipped quickly and connected easily. I gave it 4 stars because I need to see how this holds up over the next 3-6 months of wear.

Bought a Rugged band for my Apple watch ultra after seeing several reviews on YouTube which seemed very positive. What a mistake!!! First, I received the band with a bit of silicone missing on the stainless steel parts and also several scratches - I thought the band wouldn’t move but I was wrong. After less than 3 weeks the band can be removed effortlessly, not very useful for an outdoor sports watch!! Those products are joke - not worth more than any Amazon Chinese products. I just wasted 70€. Order number : 4201081269

Leather cases are made with extremely cheap materials and leather will rip and tear from normal usage. Mine ripped in less than 2 days and customer support refused to replace or refund the product--offering a rather cold reply to my inquiry. Spend your money elsewhere. Order #4201089688 for anyone at Nomad who sees this and wants to stand behind their product.

First time reading these reviews and I am shocked at the rating. I have been using Nomad Cases for 4 Years now and these cases hold up well. With my experience with Nomad it’s been pretty good. Last year I ordered the 14 Pro Max case on accident (I have the 14 Pro) and sent it back, they delivered the new one to me with no issues. As far as durability of these Cases (the horween leather ones) these are indestructible! I’ve dropped this damn phone so many times with no damage done, It’s actually weird. My only small issue are the shipping costs for Canada and the Sticker packs they used to give out with each order. Seems like they must’ve cheaped’ out a bit and didn’t give me anything last time.

Poorly made product. Doesn't fit. No customer service. Slow shipping at a premium price.

For some reason I can only buy nice Pixel Buds case from a US company so even though I was hesitant about the reviews I took the plunge. They arrived within 4 days from FedEx and it's really good quality. It was shipped from HK but still not bad for a purchase from the UK.
