Good product nd great customer service

Nomad’s products are great but what’s greater is their customer service. What a great company.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new Titanium Band from Nomad! The quality is outstanding, the design is beautiful, and it looks perfect on my wrist. Beyond the amazing product, what truly impressed me was the customer service. When a minor issue arose, a human support supervisor named Dan stepped in immediately and handled the situation with extreme professionalism, honesty, and kindness. It is so rare to find a brand that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend Nomad and will definitely buy from them again. Thank you, Dan and Marie!

My order did not ship a week after placing it. Customer service is not responsive. Not status updates either.

Recientemente adquirí un par de cables de carga (mini) no especialmente baratos. Siempre me gustaron los productos de Nomad. En esta ocasión (agosto 2026) me llevé una desagradable sorpresa. En Correos al ir a recoger el paquete me pedían costos de aduana que representan el 70% del precio de los artículos. He reclamado en la empresa y no se hacen inicialmente cargo. Aceptan la devolución (transporte a cargo del comprador) pero las tasas y costes no las asumen. Me indican que venden sin incluir impuestos y tasas (?). Si te planteas hacer una compra directamente en su Web ( en EEUU ) ten en cuenta esta cuestión, ya que el producto te saldrá bastante más caro de lo que piensas. No obstante, la calidad de los productos NOMAD es intachable. Actualizo la información. Desde la empresa contactaron conmigo y me indicaron que la primera respuesta fue de una de sus IA. Tras hablar con ellos llegamos a un acuerdo razonable y debi agradecer el interés de NOMAD por resolver el problema. Aun así todos debemos saber que NOMAD vende sin impuestos ni aranceles, que pueden ser añadidos. Gracias.

Great product and great customer service! Cases are sturdy and nicely designed

I had an unusual delivery problem that was completely outside Nomad’s control. I contacted customer support and Marie was exceptional: responsive, understanding, and genuinely interested in helping me resolve the situation. Nomad went above and beyond what I reasonably could have expected. It’s rare enough these days that exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized when you encounter it. They have earned a lifelong customer. And a walking, talking brand ambassador.
