Company stands by their products. Leather quality is great and not bulky. Case looks very professional. Some problem with glazing peeling off. Company offered a replacement or refund. Will certainly continue to buy all my phone cases from Nomad.

The AirPods Pro 3 case that I bought in black is beautiful, and works perfectly. I mainly wanted a case to protect my AirPods, and make sure that I can feel the AirPods in my pocket so I don't put them through the washing machine. The case feels really premium and all of the cutouts are flawless and in exactly the right place. It fits the AirPods nice and snugly so they definitely won't fall out! When placing my order, I accidentally bought them with the wrong card, however the AI assistant who responded to my email was very helpful and cancelled my order within 5 minutes of sending my request. Definitely a better AI assistant than some other websites have; this one was actually helpful! It was especially comforting that my order was cancelled so fast given I was expecting to wait until office hours for my order to be cancelled. I could then quickly go ahead and re-buy them with the right card.
