Took a couple of weeks to acclimate to the new approach and wake up refreshed after a night of uninterrupted sleep. Thought it might be the facial hair, but decided it was the sensation of having something tight over my mouth. Once I got used to it, I slept soundly. A little patience in the process did the trick.

I sleep more soundly. My snoring has diminished. They are easy to use.

It is wonderful to wake in the morning and not have a dry yucky mouth! I can actually talk after taking off the tape. It just makes me feel healthier.

I was contacted by Noctivo and they did refund my money for products I did not order, which was appreciated. I have not had a chance to try the mouth tape yet but I will and expect it to be effective based on other reviews.

I had some initial issues with my order but the company reached out to me and went out of their way to resolve the issue. I feel that they were very fair in handling the issue and ensuring that I was pleased with the results,

On Feb 13, 2025, I was contacted by the owner. He agreed to help me with a full refund since I was unsatisfied with the ordering process. In light of this reversal and his willingness to stand behind his product, I wish to update my review accordingly. Thanks to the owner. I wanted to try Noctivio products. I made a mistake ordering the nasal strips & immediately went to 'help' on their website to ask that the order be cancelled or refunded. They said they had already processed the shipment (in 2 minutes?) and didn't offer refunds. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING. YOU GET NO SECOND CHANCES. (I'll make sure I post this on X, Google reviews and Facebook to warn others). I will never buy from this company again.

The strips worked well. Even with the CPAP I slept better with them.

Hey John, I’m so glad to hear the strips worked well for you—even alongside your CPAP! It’s great to know they’re helping improve your sleep. If there’s ever anything else you need, just let me know. Cheers, Mike
