Title: Terrible Customer Service — Order Canceled Without My Request I ordered the BLACKPINK Lisa “Shut Down” katana in early September for $223.48. Order #5790. The advertised production time was approximately 21 days, which I completely understood. After that timeframe passed, I contacted customer service several times requesting updates. I was repeatedly left without answers, despite being promised someone would look into my order. Concerned about the lack of communication, I opened an Item Not Received dispute through PayPal. Instead of providing an update, NIMOFAN refunded my purchase and informed me that my sword had already been completed and handed over for shipping, but they had intercepted it. I NEVER requested a cancellation. I simply wanted to know where my order stood! I’ve since contacted them multiple times explaining that I still want the katana, but once again, no response. It’s incredibly frustrating because I genuinely wanted this product and was willing to wait. All I expected was basic communication. I can’t speak to the quality of their products, but their customer service has been extremely disappointing. I would hesitate to purchase from them again.

Terrible. Stay far away from this company! I paid for engraving and they never engraved the sword. I explicitly stated on the invoice to double check that the engraving was there before sending out. The company's phone number doesn't even ring. They have a address that is listed in America but it's an address to a leased building! The sword came from China!! They don't respond to any emails whatsoever. I'm currently disputing my purchase with PayPal as we speak. This is a scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Je n'ai jamais reçu la commande FedEx reporte la livraison au lendemain depuis plus d'une semaine. J'ai demandé a renvoyer le colis.

I placed an order#5244 for a custom build T10 folded. The order arrived but had many issues. Contacted customer service about this. Hana, after several weeks of communication agreed to have my order reworked under new order number 5639. It arrived today and also had issues with handle. At this point I am fed up with the lack of quality for what you advertised. I am asking for complete refund of the money sent to you. Email sent to Tyler and Hannah.

I ordered a standard, non-customized katana for my son’s birthday. The Nimofan website said it would take 1 - 3 days for Order Processing, 7 - 21 days for Production, and 7 - 15 days for Shipping. Since it was a standard katana, I was hoping the Production would be closer to the 7 days instead of the 21 day estimate - it was neither. It took 50 days for the katana to ship. But what made the experience worse was Nimofan did not respond to any of my requests for status on my order after multiple emails, chats, and voicemails. I googled Nimofan before making the purchase to see if Nimofan was a legit company and it said it was, but Nimofan ghosted me. I had to get my financial institution involved, and it wasn’t until then that they finally responded to my email. But even then, it took them 3 emails and several days in between for them to say that they’re looking into it. I finally gave them one last chance to ship the katana by tomorrow or I will seek financial retribution, and then the katana shipped the next day. In terms of the quality of the katana, I can’t speak to that because I still haven’t received it yet. Fingers crossed. Nimofan has some really cool designs, one that I wanted to buy for myself, so I’m hoping the quality will make up for the ghosting and 50 day wait when it should’ve taken 24 days (worst case) to ship.

Initially ordered, no issues, received email to say order completed, got tracking number and currently still waiting, ordered end of June. Disappointed, but hopefully it will eventually arrive.

Buyer beware. I paid EUR 400.06 for an item that was never shipped. After the purchase, I was repeatedly asked to wait. At one point, the seller requested an additional 45-day extension due to supply problems. I agreed and waited patiently. After more than two months had passed, I contacted the seller again to ask about the status of my order. Had I not reached out myself, I have serious doubts that I would have received any update at all. Only then did the seller inform me that they could not fulfill the order because the necessary materials were unavailable. They offered either a replacement product or a full refund. I clearly chose a full refund. The seller explicitly stated that they would issue a full refund. However, no refund was ever sent. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted them through PayPal and requested the promised refund, but my messages have gone unanswered. As of today: The item has never been shipped. The seller admitted they could not fulfill the order. A full refund was promised. No refund has been received. Communication effectively stopped after payment. In my personal experience, customer service was extremely poor. Meaningful communication was almost nonexistent, and many responses appeared automated and unhelpful. I have now been forced to escalate the matter through PayPal Buyer Protection in order to recover my money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller and would strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution. Update after reply2026. 6.8:would like to clarify that my review is not about whether the refund was eventually processed. The refund has now been received, and I acknowledge that. My dissatisfaction comes from the overall customer experience. I purchased a product that was advertised and available for sale. After payment, I was informed that there were supply issues and production delays. I was asked to wait longer, and I agreed to do so in good faith because I genuinely wanted the product. What followed was extremely disappointing. Nobody proactively contacted me with updates. After waiting for an extended period, I had to contact the company myself to find out what was happening. Only after I reached out was I informed that the product would not be manufactured and that the order could not be fulfilled. From a customer's perspective, it appeared that the situation had simply been forgotten until I asked about it. Had I not followed up myself, I honestly do not know when or whether I would have received any update at all. A refund was promised, which was the correct outcome. However, when I attempted to communicate about the refund and the status of the order, I was unable to obtain clear answers. Most replies appeared automated and did not address the actual questions being asked. Meaningful customer service was almost nonexistent. This is ultimately why I felt forced to involve PayPal. In my opinion, a customer should not have to escalate a case through buyer protection in order to obtain clear communication regarding an order that the seller has already acknowledged cannot be fulfilled. The need for PayPal intervention itself demonstrated that we were unable to resolve the issue through normal customer service channels. As a customer, this created the impression that the matter would simply continue to be delayed indefinitely unless I actively pursued it myself. What made the situation even more confusing was that shortly afterward the same product appeared on the website again as available for purchase. I had been told that the necessary materials were unavailable, that the item could not be produced, and that there was no indication of when it would become available again. Yet the product later reappeared for sale. From a customer's perspective, this was difficult to reconcile with the explanation that had been provided. The refund is therefore not the main issue. The issue is that I paid for a product that was never produced, waited patiently when additional time was requested, received almost no proactive communication, had to investigate the situation myself, struggled to obtain meaningful responses, and ultimately felt compelled to involve PayPal in order to bring the matter to a conclusion. I am simply sharing my genuine experience. Other customers can draw their own conclusions, but based on the way this order was handled, I cannot say that I was satisfied with the service I received.

Hace dos meses que he hecho el pedido y aun no lo he recibido y no contestan a todos los mails que he mandado pidiendo información. Incluso la agencia de transporte Fedex no tiene la mercancía... No sé si soy víctima de una estafa...
