Never received order. Customer Service would never answer. Left voicemails and emails as requested, but no response. Ended up filing dispute with credit card company. Stay away from this company!

The guys at Night Vision Optics are fantastic. Customer service was beyond my expectations. Military discount is very generous and I will definitely do business with them in the near future for any of my thermal scope needs.

Overall great quality and thank you to Felix for working with me on correcting a minor challenge. The only criticism I have is that communication and expectation setting could be a little better. Overall, it took three weeks to get the device. During that time, I had no expectation of when I might receive the device but during that time I had a communication that lead me to believe it would be just around 2 weeks. Maybe a few days past. Due to some missed communications, I was going to cancel the order. Felix reached out and worked to make things better and resolve the communication issue. As a result, i kept the order and the device was delivered, with the quality level I expected and in a slightly better device just a few days later. If they can simply set expectations up front when ordering as well as better handle when some items are not in stock (The thermal I also ordered), that would go a long way. Otherwise, the quality and function on my Leupold thermal and AGM PVS-14 exceeds expectations and happy to take my fighting capability to the next level.
