Super easy financing offers

There was a misunderstanding about the use of coupons in the email they sent for signing up for the newsletter. They clarified and although I was not eligible to use the coupon on a promotional item, as a first time customer they shipped my purchase the same day, overnight as a way to say “thanks for patronizing NVG”. Good customer service!

Worst customer service ever after a week of bs they cancelled my order cause something didn't seem right? I'm was born and raised in IL have a foid card and conceal carry so not sure the problem. Missed a phone call called back several times with no luck I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'm just now getting into nv and planned on spending around 10k so I'll do some research before placing my order next time.

The website is super easy to use, and their selection is massive. Very satisfied.

I have purchased from NVG a few times. Every time they have shipped very fast! I was in need of a thermal scanner for an up coming trip and one other company had dropped the ball on it. I contacted NVG and asked if they could have it to me by the next Tuesday (placed the order on Thursday). They said absolutely, you should be getting your tracking info soon. When I opened it they had upgraded me to overnight air shipping and I will have it tomorrow! (the day after I ordered it) I can’t thank the people at NVG enough, you guys go above and beyond!
