Very cute, but thin & lightweight!

The jewelry from Nicoletta Carleone is very beautiful, but the quality is not as beautiful. When I received my three items, two of them were essentially broken. I contacted customer service and they offered to fix them for me. I opted to fix them myself and they gave me a $20 gift certificate.

Love this belt!! It’s got lots of stretch and in order to wear it to make it fit. I have to double up. Otherwise too big.

Hi Mona Lisa, Thank you so much for your feedback! I’m thrilled to hear you love the belt, and I’m so sorry for any confusion about the fit. The belt is a fixed length and does require alteration to create a perfect personal fit. This is noted on the product page, but I completely understand how easy it is to miss some of the details when ordering. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out through our website’s contact page at https://nicolettacarlone.com. I’d be happy to help in any way I can! Thanks again for your support and understanding. All the best, Stanley Customer Service
Not the fastest shipping but I do love the dress.thank you
By Francesca
The two items I received are unique and attractive. Also well made. The shipping times were slow. The package seemed to sit waiting to ship for a very long time. The company should try to improve that without costing the customer extra. I don’t see the point of having to choose free or extra shipping and having it make a difference if times are that slow. However, I am pleased with my purchases. I would consider buying from Nicoletta Carlone again.

My wife loves the Medusa headpiece, but I can't give Nicoletta a 5 -- it just took too long to get here. Seems the USPS was waiting forever to get the piece after they were contacted -- I checked shipping every day...

Bracelet is correct metal-color but would be much nicer is molded into web-design rather than appearing cut-out. Overall looks cheap. 😮
