Paid for fast track 2 hours service but took longer and contained wrong address
Paid for fast track 2 hours service in morning. Took longer than that and they have written my billing address instead of my residential address on the sick note which makes it worthless as the HR system will be unable to process it. My requests to change it have been ignored. Issue was not corrected despite the promise. Can not reccomend.
