Next Day Dumpsters is a Great Company with Great Customer Service and Onsite Service! I could not recommend anyone else that suits the job better than they do!

Called to requested for a quote, as soon as I got it call to make a reservation for the following day. Delivery and pick up was made very prompt. Will continue using theme for all of my other projects.

Friendly staff, always accommodating with requests and I never hear "No, we can't do that", it's always "I will do my very best to make that happen for you". That is what customer service is about!

It was super easy to schedule and they placed the dumpster exactly where I needed it. When I called for it to be removed they again came on as planned. Great company.

While the reservation staff and the delivery staff was very friendly, the dumpster arrived at 7:00 PM , at least 5 hours later than promised. The driver was working overtime to get all the dumpsters delivered. Calls to the contact number were answered as long as it was during business hours, but after 5:00 I left a voice mail which was acknowledged the next morning. Pickup was attempted as scheduled , and the driver wisely rescheduled due to the snow and ice. While we were told the fee only covered 3 tons, it ended up being 4 tons. I was surprised at the overage and I believe it was attributed to the amount of snow and ice that accumulated in the dumpster. When I asked about it via email, I received no response. I would use this organization again, but I'd be more aware of what to expect. I would definitely ask what percentage of their dumpsters end up being overweight.

They delivered on time and they picked up on time. Their customer service during the order process was great.

Our dumpster wasn't delivered on original drop off date, but when I called to inquire, they immediately looked into the issue, promptly fixed it, and even upgraded us to next size up at no extra charge. Great customer service. Would use again and highly recommend to others.
