Even though Next Day Dumpsters is not a "next day" dumpster service (I had to reserve a few days ahead of time). Other than that, their process is simple, effective and hassle-free. Now that I know the routine, I'd use them again.

I have never had a need for a dumpster, nor had any idea how to start the process. After I happened to find Next Day Dumpster and read the reviews, I decided to try them out. We live in a townhouse community with challenging parking. I explained the circumstances and was very impressed with how much they worked to ensure the process went smoothly, including pulling my address up on Google maps to view the parking area had been discussing. I received a call from the driver as requested to ensure all went smoothly and had no damage to my property during drop off or pick up. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars was due to the disjointed emails received. The full address wasn't listed on my notification and previously scheduled pick up date was not indicated. This required a couple additional calls back to the company to confirm things, but overall, I am very pleased.

While the reservation staff and the delivery staff was very friendly, the dumpster arrived at 7:00 PM , at least 5 hours later than promised. The driver was working overtime to get all the dumpsters delivered. Calls to the contact number were answered as long as it was during business hours, but after 5:00 I left a voice mail which was acknowledged the next morning. Pickup was attempted as scheduled , and the driver wisely rescheduled due to the snow and ice. While we were told the fee only covered 3 tons, it ended up being 4 tons. I was surprised at the overage and I believe it was attributed to the amount of snow and ice that accumulated in the dumpster. When I asked about it via email, I received no response. I would use this organization again, but I'd be more aware of what to expect. I would definitely ask what percentage of their dumpsters end up being overweight.
