Bought from Costco at huge expense. Definitely not up to their normal standard. HQ'd in California - made in China. Top heavy so toppled over in the wind, and lasted 4 years before the burners rusted out. Off to buy a quality product from Broil King

Trying to get hold of customer service. No response . Shocking .

This company is getting (2) stars only because our food is always grilled evenly. The main problem with their grills is that they are too top heavy. Every time I go out to the grill after heavy winds, my grill is on the ground. I have even attempted to chain the grill around a tree and it still tips over. The framing and tubes are almost paper thin. Although our grill works……it looks like it was beat up in a boxing ring.

about 4 weeks ago I was nexgrill 6 burner online 2 weeks later I received it however the box was damaged luckily didn't Damage the grill and missing some Screws bolts I contact nexgrill customer Service the guy names josh nance he need a receipt however I called home depot they said u will get actual receipt in store purchase not online purchase I don't know what to do next grill customer Service pis me of I'm not happy the way they served customer I'm not recommending to my friends over all product wasn't good built sorry

Didn’t even last a full year. Garbage! Very un satisfied. Wasted what few dollars I had on garbage that doesn’t work!

I bought a Nexgrill stainless steel Evolution 5 burner plus side. Its a pretty fine little grill, but 2 of the burners don't ignite. Which is why we got rid of the old one. It came with a card "Don't return to the store, call customer service" So we did. Repeatedly. Short story, there is no customer service. Its been redirected to marketing and you get signed up for all the marketing lists, product offers, and grills you can purchase to replace the 1 month old, defective unit that you got. My best advice: if you get a defective unit, toss the card and bring it right back to the store for replacement. its the only chance you have to get it right

I purchased a Nexgrill 4 burner BBQ from Costco. It was delivered within the timescale promised, all parts were present, and so long as you take time, assembly is pretty straightforward. All burners fired first time. Very happy with my purchase.

I recently received a Fathers Day gift of a Nexgrill Deluxe 7 Burner BBQ. When I unpacked it there was no motor for the rotisserie. On the instruction manual it says “missing parts? Before returning to your retailer, please call our customer service department” You can also email us” I tried to phone several times, emailed twice all with no effect. Couldn’t get any help from the retailer or Costco, whose address and phone number are printed on the instructions. I eventually purchased a motor elsewhere. Very, very poor service considering the cost of the BBQ. I haven’t used it yet, so don’t know if it works well or not, looks pretty good and well made. It supposedly carries a 10 year warranty, but from the lack of customer service so far, I don’t have much faith if I ever need to make a claim
