bought a Nexgrill last year, but it didn't work. Home Depot set me to Nexgril. Nexgrill sent me to Home Depot. Neither offered me a solution, so I am left with a grill that doesn't work. Won't be buying from this company again.

I just purchased and assembled a NEXGRILL only to find that the nuts needed to attach the wheels were missing from the box. These are not optional parts they are necessary to properly assemble and use the grill; they hold the wheels on. I contacted NEXGRILL customer service to get the missing nuts and was told they do not have them sorry. WTF

I bought a Nextgrill BBQ. There were small parts missing. I contacted the customer service department ask for them send out parts or where I could get them from. They come back with an unbelievably response that they are not functional parts or replaceable parts. So why on earth are they on the BBQ in the first place? Terrible customer service!

I have been talking to Nexgrill representatives for almost two years on a defective regulator. I'm talking to my third representative today, the last one (Nita) hung up on me. They want to charge me to replace the regulator that has been defective from DAY 1!! Sylvia came on the line and said they would replace the regulator. I agreed to pay shipping and they are supposed to ship it today. We'll see??? UPDATE: 1 AUG 2026. The new regulator that I was required to pay shipping, came and it works perfectly! Why doesn’t Nexgrill automatically send out a new regulator when they receive a complaint about the regulator NOT working?? I can’t count how many meals were ruined trying to work with their staff to get the useless regulator to work. For that, their service is still a ONE STAR because I can’t rate them a ZERO STAR!!

The Good: Purchased the Expert Grill from Walmart at a reasonable price. The Bad: After 2.5 years, the grill has degraded immensely. The grease box and grease tray became corroded. I spoke to a customer service rep about replacing these parts. No big deal! When the parts arrived, they arrived without the hardware pack. In other words, there weren't screws and fasteners included with the replacement parts. When the hardware pack arrived (free of charge), there were 20 loose screws and washers with zero instructions. They were not bagged in the shipment. Beyond idiotic!! I called customer service requesting a refund 2 weeks ago. Luckily, it's only $34. One week ago, Noah Bull, the rep informed me via email it could take up to 7-10 business days for processing the refund once approved by upper management. I called back today and spoke to someone briefly. They put me on hold for 8 minutes and told me twice "i just need to wait 7-10 business days". I asked her if the refund was approved. She said another department handles the refund process and could not escalate the issue further. The customer service at Nexgrill Industries Inc. is abysmal. My product was defective and they couldn't care less. I've wasted hours of my day dealing with this annoying situation.

Next Grills are garbage bought two grills from Home Depot. The first one I took back after two weeks. It was so wobbly. I couldn’t even get the meat off of the grates cause of the wobble then I bought the four burner thought it was an upgrade. Two burners would not light. Home Depot would not take it back. I called next girl CUSTOMER SERVICE and they said they couldn’t help me other than giving me parts to try and repair it they sent me out ignition wires. I would have to take the whole thing apart still didn’t work. I tried to repair it. I still couldn’t get them to light so they sent me out at igniter. Do not buy next grill they are junk and this is coming from Mr. Bender North Las Vegas Nevada. Do not buy a next grill product. They are junk.

Bought the kettle BBQ on offer from costco.co.uk. Started to build it...no holes were drilled by the factory in the bottom for the legs or handle! Now I have a 40 mile round trip to the store to get a refund, as costco online can't even tell me a date they'll collect. What a chore. Weber BBQ next time...
