We at MLGW, LLP are very happy with the Nexcut service. A few days before pickup, we communicate back and forth regarding ETA and 9 out of 10, the crew members arrive on time. The pickup and drop off of the bins is quick and the actual shredding is done on site quickly and discreetly. The crew members are very nice, courteous and efficient. I would recommend Nextcut to anyone who inquires.

Nexus came for the pick up of shredding when they said they were going to. Their employees were courteous and took care of everything quickly. A billing adjustment had to be made on their first bill and was done without hassle.

The truck arrived as scheduled, They quickly completed our job (and at a very reasonable price).The crew members were efficient and pleasant to deal with. What more could you ask from a service?

The gentlemen are courteous when they come to collect our documents to be shredded. There need to be better communication however between the company (Nexcut) and its clients. I do not receive communication in advance if they change our pick up date to earlier or later or when there is a price increase. I find out either when I receive an invoice at which point I contact them and will be given an apology then.
