I had to send a ring back because it lost a stone. I had no problem getting it done and they even resized the ring for me.

So far new World Diamonds customer servicehave been very accommodating and helpful . The ring ( 1 1/2 ct diamond half band) that I had for my birthday, is superb. It is very sparkly, my ring size was a little difficult to get over my knuckle when the weather was hot, I had my ring resized with no charge, the service took a few days and there is no evidence on the ring that it has been resized. I have been wearing the ring for about two weeks and have had no problems so far.

My girlfriend loves her ring and so does everyone that sees it. I was a little concerned about buying an engagement ring online but we are both more than satisfied with the ring. The website was pretty user friendly when picking the diamond and the setting but it would have been nice to see what the two together would have looked like. I will definitely be telling all my friends about New World Diamonds.

My husband bought my engagement ring from NWD. We loved it so much we got my wedding band from there too. So in love with how they look, great quality and aesthetics. Would 100% recommend.
