Overall a great experience. Took a bit longer to actually ship because it was refurbished so needed a little extra communication. Received in great working order and I have not had any problems with the equipment.

The item I ordered, which was a VERY specific motherboard with some very specific features) was out of stock, but they managed to find me another one in even better condition (for all intents and purposes new open box) quickly enough that that the custom build I was working on was still finished before my deadline. Bought a “clean pull” SSD, shipment was fast and I got exactly what I ordered.

Great confirmation skills in the order process as well as followup after delivery of the hard drive. The HD was tested before install as it as a "refurbished" drive and exhibited no errors or bad sectors. Once installed and configured, the HD has performed without errors. Very satisfied.
