I bought the all in one. The wifi didn't work and there was no way to fix it. It was a used piece of junk.

We’re disappointed to receive this review four months after delivery, without any prior communication or opportunity to help resolve the issue. We take pride in offering reliable IT equipment and working hard to support our customers when issues arise. Had you reached out, we would have gladly looked into the problem and explored a solution. Whether it was a return, replacement, or technical support. We understand your frustration, but we kindly ask for understanding as well. We're a small team committed to making a positive difference in our field, and reviews like this—especially without context—can be discouraging when we’re not given a chance to make things right.

A full refund was issued as requested, despite the profanity and threats received from your end, including deeply concerning remarks. Our team handled the situation with professionalism and empathy throughout. We stand by our commitment to fair service and wish you well moving forward.
