I received exactly what I ordered…a mistake with the order was resolved and I received my refund.

The product a 4tb hdd though it is technically a clean pool unit, and though I've never heard that phrase before I can assure you the is a distinction, because upon recipient of my item the condition was immaculate, damn near pristine no way resembling a used item. Shipping time was less than 2-3 days. Can't beat the price
