My experience with Raymond has been nothing but wonderful. He is always polite, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explains everything meticulously and makes sure I understand our conversation before ending the call. He always follows through on what he says he is going to do. I trust this company completely as they are transparent and have wonderful customer service. Their prices are competitive and the service is great.

The doctors could improve their communication, at times they do not respond to your questions or concerns. The customer support team are very supportive and helps with questions and issues. After researching costs and comparing companies new self is more cost effective after trying others. The products ships on time and is very effective. I would recommend Newself

I have consistently lost 1 pound a week since I started GLP1 Terzepitide. This company was easy to work with and the product and supplies arrived quickly. My only complaint was that I wasn’t told that I could get a significant discount is I ordered a year supply. I would have done so if I would have been given that option.
