When I've had an issue I got a response right away. But I wont give av5 because of the price.

I did not like that. The portals did not work properly when trying to upload a photo for the doctor. Anything I tried to say got rerouted to the customer service portal and an AI nothing nobody. Try to email the photo to the email address given to me by the AI nothing nobody, and it was returned as undeliverable. This went on for two days no callbacks no nothing. I finally got a hold of somebody when I tried to tell them to just go ahead and cancel, and then Raymond helped me and Raymond was great. He was very helpful and I had my medication within 2 to 3 days, without him. I would’ve gone somewhere else.

First and foremost, it works. Using tirzepatide from the New self, I've lost 45 pounds from last Christmas and keep going. Second, signing up, checks, evaluations, approvals and medication delivery is a breeze. No problems at all. And last but not least, pricing is very competitive
