Do it use this service!! Scammers. I made a mistake. Wanted my money back before I received prescription. And before I was approved. I called the very next morning canceled. The lady on the phone said I will return all your money except $100. So if you cancel, they keep your $100. They are scumbag scammers crooks. I created an denial investigation. Run like hell guys.

I did not want to renew. I was sent a text at 5:00am stating the process was beginning. There was no option to decline. They charged my credit card $749.99 without my authorization. I immediately sent a chat to decline. Auto responses. Two days later customer service says they will review the issue. The pharmacist sends me the script to confirm I declined it. I continued to request cancellation and refund. They say are glad I made my decision to cancel but they have to research and will let me know soon. They haven’t. Now they say they can’t find my order? I could be under Mary Anne. But I think you should be able to locate it. I was assured it has been escalated to be corrected. It has now been 4 days.

Quick response and shipping. So far, it is working just ok, I am eating a little less, but it is not curving my appetite as much as I'd like it to. I'm on my 3rd month, so hopefully I see more change at the end.
