My first order came as expected and the packaging came with clear instructions. My questions have been answered appropriately in a timely manor. Its only my first month so far no weight loss.

Company responds to inquiries in a reasonable timeframe and they addressed my concerns directly. I was concerned because they had acquired the company that I originally contracted with.

From application to determining eligibility, everything went fairly smooth. Consultation was exceptional because I had previously got my first order through another company. They needed verification of dosage, weight, photo and accurate information prior to providing meds. That made me feel comfortable. I was disappointed that the charges did differ from what had been advertised and I did have to pay a higher amount because I did a three month plan. I believe the monthly charges should remain the flat advertised rate no matter the situation.

Process was thorough and done with ease . I do wish they had a tracker on the dashboard in the portal . Overall, great experience .
