SCAM! Do not use this site unless you want to be over charged and have your credit card number stolen. I ordered before they rebranded as new self when it was called ohmymeds. When I called to ask about a refill they told me they couldn’t then someone from new self called me and told me she was the same company and would get a refill. I was charged and received the product. A few weeks later, I was charged AGAIN to the same amount for the refill and when I called they insisted they were not the same company and I couldn’t get a refund. A few weeks later, I got an email saying my ohmymeds login had now been changed to newself but it was the same company. I cancelled all remaining subscriptions. Now, months later I have flagged transactions on my credit card with the first one being $0.39 from newself and the next one minutes later from someone trying to buy phones with it. So not only is it a scam for the meds, they stole my credit card number and tried to use it for other purchases!

This is the best help I’ve received. It’s easy and they listen. I do wish the prices were lower but I don’t think they’re out of hand. I’d recommend.

Had a friend's wife who's a nurse and even she couldn't figure out how much to inject. The bottle has 10mg/20mg. She was confused because the directions didn't say anything about it.

I am a potential new customer however I am at the 10mg/4 week dose at this point. Why is there no chat function? I have no way to verify that I will receive the amount I want. Why is there no chat function? How can I verify the amount of semaglutide in each vial?

I was really trying to find the best price when my healthcare plan wouldn't cover weight loss meds. I was on the fence when new self reached out with a discount that brought it below 200 a month. I'm 3 weeks in and have approximately 10 pounds down. The telehealth doctor and assistance I've gotten from the support team give me confidence I will be able to reach my weight goal and live a healthier life going forward.
