I ordered a prescription in Feb for 3 months at $194 monthly. In May I was charged however I did not have a new prescription. I have been charge for nothing. I called to cancel my subscription and was told I would get a refund and now I cannot get a response via phone or portal. And I have not been refunded the additional charge. Buyer BEWARE….. this is a scam. Medicine didn’t work and they bank on still charging you and being difficult to get your money back. And their response below is BULL CRAP! They have NOT tried to respond and I have told them I do not need to speak to you. I was told I would get my refund so do it! That’s the scam. They send messages they have tried to reach me via phone but they haven’t and blame the time zone when they have the portal but fail to use it.

I had Ray walk me thru the process. With so many fake companies out there today, I was skeptical. Ray explained everything and back up the companies claims with actual data. I received my order within 4 days and I am very pleased with the results so far. I researched a lot of companies and this one is by far the best!

Pricing and service are wonderful. But the instructions that come with medication for syringe and bottle aren’t detailed enough. When I called for help, AI agent did little, suggested I call my doctor

I found it very difficult to speak to a real person. Overall everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I received my meds today and they were warm. The ice packs had melted. I immediately refrigerated them. I hope they are still good.
