Reliable delivery, tracking and follow-up. I am thrilled with the company and only hesitated on giving 5 stars because both email and web chat are gpt and I prefer to speak with a representative when needed. Can’t beat the pricing and quality!

You only deal with an App so this was limiting in my opinion. I’d prefer an option to speak with a knowledgeable person. I would recommend this company. The process is straightforward. Prepayment for a year? What if you go bankrupt? Annual price is 145 month prepayed.

I had a mixed experience with NewSelf. The enrollment process was straightforward, my medication arrived on time, and the scheduled check-ins every couple of weeks initially gave me confidence in the program. Unfortunately, the medication was completely ineffective for me despite following the prescribed dosing. While I can’t say exactly why, it made me question the potency of the compounded medication and the quality standards behind it. I also found that each vial came up short, leaving me without enough medication to complete the full four weeks as prescribed. What ultimately disappointed me most was the lack of customer support. After the initial onboarding, my questions have gone unanswered, making it difficult to get help when I needed it. Because of these issues, I have canceled my subscription and do not expect to be charged again. Overall, while the ordering process and delivery were reliable, the ineffective medication, short vials, and poor follow-up support mean I cannot recommend NewSelf based on my experience.

Even tho it’s pretty expensive, I’m okay with it. I’ve only lost 8 pounds in three months tho. If not more loss in the next few weeks, I’ll go somewhere else. Medicare is supposedly coming out with a much cheaper way to go.

Easy and fast. To get the best price, you need to pay for a year up front. That being said, Delivery was within a few days. It was well packed to stay cold. Received a 3 month supply with a second shipment a couple of weeks before the first shipment ran out. The company touches bases periodically to see how you're doing and the product works fine.

So far my experience has been good. I think more access to the Dr. should be available. I wanted to discuss skipping the 10mg dose and going to the 12mg for two of the next three months, but that wasn't and option. Also, make the dosage change form available sooner than the week the next shot is due. Thank you.

My experience is good, however, somewhat limited due to an illness. I have stopped taking the medication on advice of my physician due to the illness, but will resume as soon as authorized by my personal physician. This is anticipated to be within the next month.
