Fast service and results have been rapid. My arthritis has almost disappeared. And I am thin but flabby now. Working on that.Only issue is I wrote to the doctor and never got a response.

As a weight loss doctor myself I was skeptical. I only bought a 3 month supply to compare to the name brand supply. Results and medication effect are just as good, I’m upgrading to annual supply!

The price for medicine with New Self is unmatched. It puts me at ease that the price won't change. Getting everything set up was clear and easy. I have received quick responses from the doctor within a day or two. The deliveries have come timely. I get the tracking number. It makes it easy to follow where it is.

I had my dosage get mailed to me. The vials were sent to me empty. I have photographic proof. Here is the AI response. 'Hello there, Regarding your request for a refund for the remaining 3 months of your plan. I completely understand your situation and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us. After reviewing your account history, our records show that you were enrolled in a 6-month plan, and both 3-month shipments covering your full 6-month period have already been prepared and sent to you. Per company policy and medication handling guidelines, once medications have been processed and shipped, we are unable to issue a refund for the remaining 3-month portion of your plan. However, we have gone ahead and canceled your subscription so that no future renewals or charges will take place. I also understand you mentioned experiencing some issues or questions regarding your dosages. Your health and comfort are extremely important to us, and I would love to help walk you through your dosage schedule or connect you with our medical team to ensure you feel supported and comfortable moving forward" No one has tried to rectify the situation.
