Excellent experience with New Business Filings! Everything was so easy and done super quick. Courtney Schneider was very helpful. She kept me informed of the process and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them.

It was a very straight forward process. Just followed the steps and any research I had done before hand.

The ease, the efficiency, the professionalism and the communication....OUTSTANDING!! Relocating to Idaho, my family has been here 40 years, was not easy. I lived 50 of my 61 years in another state. The processes here are incredible. Registered my car in less than 30 minutes, changed my drivers license in 20 and my business license took less than 24 hrs. WOW WOW WOW! Thank you to the State of Idaho for being so darn awesome! Kathie

Jenna Hollinger helped me to re-instate my non-profit business. She went above and beyond to explain things to me in layman’s terms and fixed the issue I was having. She was extremely courteous, understanding, patient, and professional. Jenna put me at ease to understand and complete the forms. Thank you and God Bless you in all that you do.
