I was misled by the website. I thought that I was entering the State of NJ site. The link said "Online Filing-NJ Secretary of State". I ended up paying an additional $125 to file a document that I entered all the info myself. For me this was a ripoff. Be careful.

Highly professional and worked well with me to make sure I understood their services and the process.

I was trying to register my business directly through the Oregon Secretary of State website, when I was redirected to this company without realizing I was no longer on the state website. I followed the process and ended up paying $225, instead of the $100 that the state charges through their site. I was only able to get $50 back, after calling their customer service number to cancel the transaction - which means that this company took $75 from me for doing nothing, since I did all the actual filing. Watch what you click - this company does nothing that you can’t do yourself and has a deceptive site that appears to be the state filing site.

We apologize that you feel you had a bad experience. When we spoke with you, you indicated that the refund was an acceptable resolution for you having clicked on an ad and using our services, even if you mistakenly thought you were on the secretary's site. We do make every effort to inform our customers that we are a service, starting with our ads, and again on our website in bold print on the home page, fine print on every page, and in the terms of service that we require a user to affirmatively mark that they have read before submitting payment. Thank you for the response to help us improve our service.
The service offered by newbusinessfilling.org made my experience with starting a business amazing. I was notified of an issue with my paperwork the day after its submission. The paper work was filed after a short conversation. I received all of my required documents from the state by the end of business the same day. The company representative I spoke with was named Joe. He answered all the questions I had with detailed information. This service is professional, expedient, and worth every penny.

It was simple and completed quickly. My business is a nonprofit that mainly focuses on spay/neuter.
