This one turned out way better than expected! Something to work on - first I was told that the Simpson meters that I had ordered were obsolete, so I started looking for a substitute. Simpson says that they are not obsolete, and then puts me in touch with Richard at the Modification Center where they set the units up per customer specs. Richard was awesome! Not only did he tell me that he could get me set up, but that the pricing I had would be better and I would see that meters in a couple days rather than a couple weeks! Did I say that Richard was awesome?!

This company listens to their customers. They added USPS shipping to their web site which was missing for a long time. This made it much less expensive for DIY customers to have small orders shipped and has probably increased their sales to DIY type customers. Thanks Newark, you're doing a great job.

I place an order and a few days later I have it in my hands. The customer service has always been great and easy to deal with. We have been a long time customer and have never had any issues.
