The website is easy to use.

Newark carries a wide variety of items at very competitive prices. My only wish is that they were closer so I would be able to save on some shipping costs.

Follow up by service reps and emails keeps me informed on the status of my order.

Parts came in on time. Very little effort on installing the parts to the top assembly. We will order this part again.

Do not like the web layout and web site speed seems a bit slow. Most of the parts I look for are out of stock or not carried. Customer service seems to be on the ball, and very helpful.

Newark website is easy to navigate. Information is easy to obtain

The list of the types of the parameter is too short, and some of them are not necessary. For example, in operational amplifiers, noise and offset are important but not included now. I also wish to choose sale items only (those with stars).

This website is designed well, and I can find what I want to find quickly.
