Packing slip info: Endurox Prime 18655 East 35th Drive # 100 Aurora Colorado 80011. Phone: (302) 618-4094. Email: astroncaps gmail.com. I also sought to return products per Dr orders.. made several calls different days different times and it goes straight to voicemail saying I'm calling outside of business hours. Emails also have no replies. This scam operation needs to be shut down immediately!

Advertise full refund but when ask with doctors orders that the ingredients as advertised can cause problems with med they still give u the runaround about receiving refund just a way to ripe people off false ad Dr Gupta and Anderson Copper does not recommend

My husband ordered Neurocept from this copany on Sept. 29, 2025. They offered a 60 day return. The day I received the order I notified them I wanted to return for a full refund. They requested many forms of proof of his order, which I sent to them using my email, but informed them of his email whichi the orrder was placed under. They messed around until the 60 day expiration date and informed me it was beyond the 60 day expiration date and said there was nothing they could do about it. I continuedd to reach out to them about two or three times a week since then. I am so disgusted with this company because it seems they just want to scam people. It was also beyond my credit card company to do anything because they don't persue anything over 60 days. I am out $294.00 and I really can't afford to just throw away that money.

It is Unbelievable that the US Government would allow a Scam Company like this to operate. I saw a video on YouTube that appeared to show Dr. Ben Carson endorsing this product. So I clicked watch now, something that I seldom do, and I looked at the video! The product sounded good, but it seemed to be Very Costly! Nevertheless, I decided to Google this product, and I've come to learn that it is a Total Scam! Thank God I "Did Not" send them any of my Money! But how is this Company allowed to operate using AI generated endorsements of well known people, and how is it that YouTube allows them to Advertise on their Platform!

Scam! They said product was endorsed by Dr Sanjay Gupta when I purchased. I checked after I ordered (yeah I know!). I think they have taken his name off the website now. Fighting to get my money back even though I asked for a refund the day after I ordered. DON’T BUY!

Fake! False! Paid $140 for 6 bottles of Neurocept, received them, realized they falsely marketed these via AI utilizing Dr. Gupta and Tom Hanks. There could be seriously dangerous substances in these pills. Received 6 pill bottles, but didn't open because I found out this is a scam. They have a facebook profile promoting "Neurocept" as assisting with dementia and brain memory, but folks, don't buy it. They told me I could return it on my own dime, but they can't refund until they've received it. Other people say they mailed theirs back and never received their refund. Scary yall. Really scary how they are getting away with this.

WARNING do not buy This company will not answer a phone call will not reply to a email will not help with any returns I have Menuers and the pills made me dizzy all I want is to return the pills.

Neurocept primarily consists of Vitamin B Complex and proprietary herbs, with added caffeine. The company employs deceptive tactics, using AI-generated images of figures like Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Dr. Ben Carson, and actor Bruce Willis to falsely endorse the supplement as effective for memory recovery.
