I tried to cancel my account due to inactivity. No refund of existing money in the account. No response to initial email and two subsequent emails requesting follow-up.

Net2Phone refuse to accept the operational inefficiency & The cancellation process is nightmare. The account representative is disrespectful. They disrespecting and making fun of Small Business Sufferings....

Net2Phones is the absolute worst phone provider I have ever dealt with. Customer service has no idea what they are doing. Wasted dozens of hours troubleshooting to never get to the solution and 50 emails later they upgrade support to a 'Tier 1' rep who still struggled to fix the problems. After countless issues and failures on net2phones service and wanting to cancel they will not let us. STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Cancellation is a nightmare. No option easily visible anywhere, or by googling how to cancel account. Billing team play ping pong with you
