Do not go with neighbors bank. Ryan Herman Approved me and pre qualified and I went ahead and committed a townhouse based on the approval and after signing the contract then he says that we are not qualified. I’m a first time buyer. He should be fired for misleading information as its waste of my time and the agents time. Its heart breaking. No transparency and misleading and stay away.

I absolutely loved working with Jessica Seek! She made this experience so easy and was great about communicating with us throughout the entire process. Being a first time homebuyer I had no idea about how the process works and what I needed. I didn’t really do any research because I thought the process would be explained thoroughly before we started. I was wrong it was more explained during the process, which isn’t bad either but it make the process very difficult. Please do your research!
