Extremely Disappointing for a Business Account
After 20 years of banking with Central Bank Houston, we ultimately made the decision to close our business account and move our business to Prosperity. That decision was not made lightly, but the level of service we received made it clear that it was time to move on. Our experience with Dylan Potts and his branch manager was extremely frustrating. Calls repeatedly went unanswered and were not returned in a timely manner. When Dylan did finally return a call, his tone came across as condescending and dismissive, which is especially disappointing when you're trying to address legitimate concerns regarding your business banking relationship. After 20 years as a customer, we expected much better communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. Instead, we felt ignored and undervalued as a business customer. We have since moved our business banking to Prosperity, and the contrast in service has been significant. It is disappointing that after two decades of loyalty, Central Bank's service left us with no reason to stay. If you're considering Central Bank for your business banking, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Loyalty should mean something, and unfortunately, after 20 years, we didn't feel like ours did.
