The whole process of my mortgage loan went very smoothly and everything was always explained to me in a way that I could understand all the different sections of a new home mortgage and at times can be complicated. All thanks to Rachael Plaggenberg and Daryn Ennis. They returned phone calls promptly and the whole process went off smoothly and without a hassle. A real pleasure to work with.

We had a great experience! They were very responsive during the process. We would like to thank Justin, he was always for us. He always have an answer for our questions and concerns and make us feel confident in the process. He did great job wrapping everything up for our closing. Overall, we got a great team in our side. Reed and Justin, thanks!

Becoming a homebuyer was exciting and frightening at the same time, but Carson Honse and the Neighbor's Bank team helped me through the process. I also appreciated the organized structure within the Neighbor's website, allowing me to easily track my progress and any open items I needed to complete. Thank you!
