My loan officer Melissa Janke is such a blessing! She was so patient with me and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I am a first time homebuyer and she made the process simple and less intimidating. I am grateful beyond words for her and her dedicated team who made my homebuying dream a reality ❤

Thank you Abbie and the Dream Team!! The best Mortgage company on this side of heaven. We were pre-approved and closed in 4 months. Stressful? Yes. But Abbie and the Dream Team made the process absolutely smooth sailing. We just closed on our first home. Highly Recommended!!

It took my wife and I 2 weeks just to get through a pre-qual process that we were told was the pre-approval process. We offered documents multiple times and were told they weren’t needed at that time. 11 days after running our credit I followed up for the 3rd time and we were finally entered into the pre-approval process. We uploaded our documents onto their site within a couple of hours and were told we’d hear something within 48 hours. We’re coming on 72 hours now and have missed out on offering 2 homes we were interested in since we started this way too long process. Both staff members I have dealt with have been short and seem annoyed by my follow ups like the biggest move of our lives isn’t waiting on their yes or no in a timely fashion. Show a little compassion and be a little more transparent, this could go a lot better for the customer. Just my opinion.

Horrible service. Kayla Capuano refused to help me after getting a low loan amount. Left me hanging.

Thank you Scott and Logan for all your help. They were great. The team at neighbors bank were extremely helpful with walking us through the process and answering all our questions. If they didn't know the answer they found it out. Definitely recommend.
