Turned down by multiple companies, Neighbors Bank gave me the opportunity to achieve this goal. Jason Reddy and Rachel Gastler guided me through this process and answered any questions or concerns I had. No more renting, I finally have something that will be my own.

The process was made incredibly straight-forward. I found you guys by looking at the Mortgage companies associated with the USDA Loan website, and your process and website made this thing simple and easy to handle. The real difference were the people, though. Gelvin and Abbie communicated quickly and clearly, they were supportive and encouraging, and they made what could have been a stressful experience into a joyful one. We're homeowners now, and my wife and kids couldn't be happier!

After dealing with neighbors bank for over 2 months and giving everything they asked for over and above what would really be needed to get a loan they turn around and deny the even after they had already said there should be no problem getting one

Gelvin and Rusty were incredibly knowledgeable and made me purchasing my first home a very impossible dream into a reality. Not only did they make it a reality, it was a practically seamless process, it was incredibly organized, and happened so quickly (despite taking place during the holiday) that I was able to get into my first home without having to extend my rental lease.
