Neighbors BankReviews of neighborsbank.com

CANCEL MY LOAN IMMEDIATELY! I do NOT want anymore to do with your loan process. I have a FICO of 830 and have also seemingly descrimanatory behaviour towards me since I am from St. Louis. I also feel this was a bait and scheme from realtor.com and no business for you because you aint my neighbor.

We are moving from out of state to Missouri. From the first contact everyone we dealt with at neighbors bank was so responsive to our many questions, how to send documents electronically etc. And they got back to us so quickly.

I had a great team that was thorough, effective, and efficient.

They answer all questions asap

Friendly people and efficient processes. We were informed every step of the way, and we're signing on our home before we knew it.

Website and software super user friendly and easy to navigate. Loan officer Jessica Jamison kept gret communication throughout, and I enjoyed working with their team. Overall refinance process was fast and seamless.

The entire loan process was very easy. Erich is the best loan officer there is. 11/10 would recommend.

With the process all happening online, it made my journey extremely easy and fast. Chad W. went over and beyond his call of duty. He is knowledgeable and patient. This was my first experience with purchasing a home so I had endless questions. He answered them all professionally and with quick responses. When I was moved on the the underwriting process, Madison D. was the coordinator. Again, outstanding service, very professional and seemed to work every day. I couldn't have gotten a better team!!! Thank you Neighbors Bank for making what seemed impossible, possible!!!!
