I received my Nebroo devices on… May 23, 2026
I received my Nebroo devices on mid-May, 2026 and wore them faithfully for 8 weeks following their 6 week protocol for daily wear. I had trouble getting the right dome fit. My voice sounds like I'm talking in a barrel. I have tried all the different size domes and there's no change. The smaller domes let the hearing aides fall out. I sent Nebroo an email explaining my experience and requested returning the devices for a refund, (they wouldnt talk to me on the phone.) Nebroo ignored me when I have problems. They ignore emails and phone calls to leave you out of the loop. They want your warranty time to expire because they want to keep your money. DO NOT BUY NEBROO because you will be stuck with a worthless product you can't use. Their warranty is worthless!!! Update: 08/01/26 Nebroo did finally refund my purchase. They said that they were having telephone issues and it was reason they didn't respond to my request. They refunded the entire payment. Thank you Nebroo.
