Their customer service is terrible! I called customer service several times to make a return I was on hold for over forty minutes, the second time I called their system hung up on me after an hour. I finally mailed the hearing aids back to them and gave up on getting my money back.

They do not stand by their product. A sell you garbage and then try to make it. Sound like it's your fault, do not waste your money on nebro. Hearing aid battery's last maybe 6 months. And that's if you're lucky as saying you what they want, not what you purchase, you're very aware of these people. The same goes for hearing direct club. There are no better then nebro0 you've been warned

I am sooooo impressed!!! I am now officially a WALKING, TALKING ADVERTISEMENT FOR NEBROO!!! Every interaction with the people of Nebroo, via both email and telephone, has been professional and informative. All my questions have been answered and my doubts reassured. My impression is that Nebroo only hires people who are polite as well as kind. And I will always be thankful for the free upgrade to the Nebroo upgrade. I am on a fixed income, and this REALLY helps!
