Problem solved thanks to Navex
You can also find them as Navex, NavexGlobal, NavexOne or EthicsPoint - so I wrote the same feedback for a couple of companies. I was directed to them to file a complaint after the company couldn’t resolve the payment issue directly. The operator asked for all the details and submitted the claim. After a month or so, the company decided to resolve the issue in my favor. I’m grateful to Navex for representing me and helping me with the problem. Reading other feedbacks, I'm confused - because in my case, I didn't expect being anonymous, I had a particular person and a particular bill that I was disagreed with. They didn't protect me, they just forwarded my complaint according to their agreement with the company.
