This company is enabling fraudsters. They just shelve the complaints and lie about their so called process. It's a shame that giants like United Healthcare use this shady outfit.

Scammers who do not help file reports about bad doctors, and are angry abusive pushy people- including management. They give multiple conflicting answers to create as much chaos and confusion as possible.

Contacted this company to file a complaint. The first time the investigator asked me to get names for him. Then, he sided with Amazon. My 2nd complaint was very, very important to me. The investigator contacted me via email and made an appointment when we could talk on the phone. She never called me. When I called Navex to complain; she then sent me an email stating that she had a sick kid. I contacted Navex today and Paula told me verbatim that Navex collects the information and give it to Amazon. That Amazon decide how to investigate the complaint. In other words, as an employee; I have no protection from any harrassment or a solution for any problem! The only solution I have is to take my concerns outside of the company!
