Hello, Thank you for choosing one of our latest laptop stands and for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We're glad to hear that you like the appearance of the stand, but we're sorry to learn about the issues you've encountered regarding its usability. Your point about the tall front lip obstructing the MacBook lid is particularly insightful. We aim for functional design and regret any oversight that affects usability. We appreciate you highlighting the need for a cutout, and we'll certainly consider this for future design improvements. Regarding the tray area, we understand your concerns about the potential for scratches and will look into adding a lining or other protective features to enhance the product. We want to make your experience with our products as positive as possible. If you decide that you would like to pursue a return or need any assistance, please contact us at [email protected]. We're here to help with any concerns you may have, including return shipping, to ensure a hassle-free process. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We are continually looking to improve, and insights like yours are crucial to our development process.

Hello Bilal, We're truly sorry to hear about your disappointment and any confusion regarding our warranty registration and terms. We aim for clarity and transparency in all our communications, and it seems we fell short in this instance. Our intention is never to mislead our customers. The lifetime warranty offered at the time of your purchase in 2019 applies under specific conditions, and we regret if this was not communicated effectively. Our ‘Limited Lifetime Warranty’ is defined as the product performing as expected under normal use and conditions throughout its reasonable lifespan. Specifically, for our charging cables covered under this extended warranty, we've determined this reasonable lifespan to be 5 years from the date of purchase. We understand that you've reached out to us, and we're glad to have offered an exceptional replacement in light of your situation.
